PURPOSE STATEMENT

We are seeking a Systems Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and supporting ERP systems.  In this position you will develop and drive opportunities for process improvements, define objectives, identify achievements and deliver diverse ERP solutions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

  • Establish positive business relationships with partners to support corporate strategies.
  • Develop and recommend innovative technology solutions that will benefit the organization while aligning with digital technology strategies in a cloud-based environment consistent with our enterprise architecture.
  • Identify connections across complex ideas and apply critical judgement to make sound decision while embracing empowerment as a self-motivated visionary.
  • Actively monitor application performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Perform a variety of analytical and technical functions necessary to ensure the availability of applications and systems for business needs. 
  • Communicate regular status updates to business partners and IS Management and take on the responsibility of resolving defects.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • BS degree in MIS, CS or related field, Master’s degree preferred.  
  • Experience in application development and systems integration.  Experience with TIBCO preferred.
  • A background in supporting ERP system processes and technologies.  Experience with SAP ECC is required with a concentration in FICO preferred. Experience with HANA is a plus.
  • Understanding of Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (PTP) business processes.
  • Familiar with Agile development.
  • Experience designing and implementing OCM plans for technology implementations. Prosci ADKAR certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2013+ preferred

  • Travels occasionally (up to 25% of time) - Domestic/International
