The candidate must be able to maintain the highest level of safety, professionalism, flexibility and reliability. This prospective associate must also be able to perform and accomplish the requirements stated below.


  • Duties will involve all aspects of pre-flight preparation, in-flight operations and post-flight activities. Additionally, you will be assigned duties in the flight department commensurate with your skills.
  • Possess the ability to establish effective relationships with executives, customers, and fellow crew members
  • Strong customer service skills, high attention to detail and excellent follow-through and responsiveness
  • Responsible to comply with all company policies, procedures, checklists
  • Must be able to obtain a good working knowledge of company Flight Operations Manual
  • Be an active participant in the flight departments SMS (Safety Management System)
  • Self-motivating, professional, ethical and flexible individual
  • Have effective oral and written communication skills
  • Solid working skills with basic computer platforms, to included but not limited to Word and Excel
  • Poses a valid passport and if required, visas, current international certificates of vaccination and other documents as required to travel to specific international destinations
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays and schedules
  • Able to actively establish priorities and have good organizational skills
  • Must be able to handle the job responsibilities with integrity, discretion and sensitivity to confidential company and employee information
  • Possess no prior FAA or DOT violations to include DUI’s, DWI’s and able to pass an extensive TSA, PRIA and corporate background check
  • Assist with the handling/moving of aircraft, passengers and baggage (may require some heavy lifting)


Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred

Certificates: Minimum of a Commercial license (ATP preferred)

Medical: First Class with no limitations

Flight Time: 1500 Hours minimum total time with 500 hours jet time preferred

Falcon Exper: EASY I/II experience preferred
