PURPOSE STATEMENT

The Customer Service Representative position will work with brokers, field sales, distribution centers & internal Rich Products Corporation Associates to proactively manage the service requirements of our customers in an efficient & cost effective manner that is mutually beneficial to the customer and Rich Products.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

  • Receive & respond to inquiries from customers, brokers, field sales and internal associates in regards to order status, products, pricing, promotions and forecast information
  • Perform troubleshooting and develop permanent solutions
  • Process customer orders and manage order data integrity
  • Support maximum order fulfillment activities by collaborating with fellow CS&L associates
  • Coordinate required distribution activities and notify customers regarding order fulfillment
  • Develop and leverage relationships with Third Party distribution partners
  • Support the Customer Service & Logistics organization with departmental projects
  • Ensure customer expectations are understood and met
  • Interpret company policies / procedures and enforce compliance
  • Special projects as needed

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 1+ year business experience to include customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (interpersonal skills)
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and trouble-shooting skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere
  • Spanish and/or French language skills preferred
  • Flexibility
  • Strong PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Access preferred)
  • SAP or related systems experience preferred
