PURPOSE STATEMENT

 

Are you collaborative, curious, creative? If you are nodding your head, this role may be for you. The Digital Marketing Coordinator is an integral part of the demand creation team. 

 

This role provides support to the Digital Demand Creation team and optimizes the organization's digital marketing programs, focusing on content creation and management.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

Supports the Sr. Manager, Digital Customer Experience  and the Digital Demand Creation Team:

  • Creation of content and management, maintenance, and curation of assets in content management systems for Digital Marketing team.
  • Coordinates required activity and support with outside content creation partners; supervises photo and video shoots
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and agency partners to update and maintain assets within Rich’s asset management applications
  • Identify asset management operational and user efficiencies.
  • Support Demand Creation testing efforts.
  • Participate in Agile product development work to advance Digital Demand Creation initiatives, as required
  • Provide agency feedback
  • Support budget administration, coordination, and maintenance
  • Maintain and deliver assets aligned to content creation standards as required and directed by leadership
  • Provides administrative support to Senior Vice President of Demand Creation; other Demand Creation COE steering team members as needed (calendar management, travel, expense reports, meeting coordination, office supplies, org charts)
  • Provides governance support and meeting coordination for Sales & Marketing Leadership Council (SMLC) and Demand Creation Team
  • Manages Team Contact Lists, SharePoint Sites (Demand Creation COE, Marketing Competency & Training, Sales Marketing Leadership Council Site, others as required)
  • Assists with onboarding of new associates
  • Takes on various projects and process improvements as required
  • Provides back-up support to Sales Coordinator, Foodservice
  • Supports ad-hoc marketing requests from Senior Vice President and Demand Creation COE team members for presentations, meeting coordination, travel planning
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field with 2+ years of general business experience preferably in a marketing or sales office.
  • Knowledge of digital content creation, management and tools preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability in being a fast learner and adapting to change.  Ability to assimilate new software, procedures and techniques as they are constantly introduced in this environment.
  • Experience in handling multiple assignments concurrently, possessing excellent organizationaland time management skills, and being able to function in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and digital dexterity supported by intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability being proactive with ability to anticipate, initiate, and prioritize.
  • The ability to assume responsibility without direct supervision, exercise initiative and judgment, and make decisions within the scope of assigned authority is required.
  • Demonstrated ability working with a variety of levels of management and internal/external customers.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid software proficiency to include Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint User)
  • Individual must be a fast learner and able to assimilate new software, procedures and techniques; demonstrated passion for content, media, marketing, and the Internet
