PURPOSE STATEMENT

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

  • Online optimization: conduct in-depth review of our product offerings and layout a roadmap of improve how Rich’s products are displayed online
  • Work with cross functional teams to outline needed content elements and assist in collection and deployment
  • Assist the team with the ongoing STM projects to deliver on our commitment for a fully finished portfolio
  • Analysis: Conduct PPA and utilize available retailers’ data to assess promotion effectiveness
  • Participate in team meetings with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to better learn the online channel

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Undergraduate or MBA student pursuing Business degree. Marketing, e-Commerce or entrepreneurship preferred.
  • Previous internship or job experience in marketing or related field desired.
  • Photography/artistic skills are a plus
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Self driven, resourceful and computer savvy
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Strong quantitative / analytical skills to include interpretation, identifying trends, budgeting, etc.
