We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Planning team that will partner with our IT Department (Information Services) to prepare the operating/expense budgets and conduct the reporting/analysis on performance to the plan annually. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in a financial analyst or related role with strong communication skills and a good eye for identifying process improvements. 




  • Analyzes a variety of financial information for the purpose of providing direction and support, making recommendations, maximizing use of funds, and ensuring overall IT operations are within budget
  • Functions as the overall Financial Control within the department.  Follows up with appropriate personnel when questions arise related to capital or expense items.  Identifies and proactively analyzes expense variances to ensure correct accounting is maintained. 
  • Responsible for the monthly capital and expense actual vs forecast process, coordinating input from the IS leadership team to track, analyze and report department performance to plan
  • Coordinates annual Global AOP & capital plan development with quarterly refreshes
  • Develops, analyzes and communicates the chargeback model
  • Ensures financial management reporting tools and processes are in place to support the ongoing and future needs of the IT function
  • Responsible for continuous improvement of financial processes
  • Provides recommendations and governance of cost optimization opportunities in I.S.            
  • Facilitates annual, yearend processes such expense accrual and capital carryover.     
  • Acts as departmental contact person for financial questions internally and externally. (i.e. International Finance, Corporate Finance, Internal and External audit)                                          
  • Provides guidance to project managers regarding capital project preparation, invoices, etc.     
  • Prepares special reports as required           
  • Provides functional management and administration of small size projects


  • BS in Finance/Accounting or in Business with financial concentration and 1-4 years related experience
  • Accounting Information Systems or MIS concentration or minor is a plus
  • SAP – Basic
  • Microsoft Office - Basic (For Excel  - In-depth)
  • Project - Basic
  • O365, Microsoft Teams, Onedrive
