PURPOSE STATEMENT

The Sales Coordinator provides sales coordination and support services to the Foodservice Division.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

Brokerage Administration

  • Processes brokerage payments and adjustments for all divisions except ISBD
  • Executes sales history transfers for all divisions except ISBD (SDS)
  • Processes monthly balancing calculation to ensure billing file data correctly interfaces into adjusted sales file (SDS); sets up splits where appropriate
  • Maintains brokerage rate structure and table within SAP

 

Sales Division Coordination

  • Provides pricing execution support to Trade & Insights team
  • Provides governance support and meeting coordination to Foodservice Division
  • Provides analytical reporting support to Foodservice leadership and Trade & Insights team as required
  • Provides presentation development support to Senior Vice President, Foodservice and Foodservice sales leaders
  • Executes ad-hoc requests from Foodservice leadership team members such as presentation support, customer meeting coordination, sponsorship coordination
  • Executes assigned presentations, projects within a timely, accurate, and professional manner utilizing a variety of software to achieve solid results

 

Sales Division Administration

  • Provides coordination support for customer meetings and events at WHQ; leverages VisitWorks tool to manage effectively
  • Assists with event planning and provides administrative support to major distributor events (i.e.; IFDA, UniPro Conference)
  • Assists in planning and execution of Foodservice sales meetings
  • Provides administrative support to Senior Vice President, Foodservice and other members of Foodservice leadership team as needed (calendar management, travel, expense reports, meeting coordination, office supplies, org charts)
  • Manages Team calendar, distribution lists, SharePoint sites
  • Executes processing of invoices through WebCycle
  • Assists with onboarding of new Foodservice associates
  • Takes on various projects and process improvements as required
  • Provides back-up support to Marketing Coordinator, Demand Creation COE

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing with 2+ years of general business experience preferably in a marketing or sales office
  • Demonstrated intermediate level knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Demonstrated knowledge and usage of sales reporting and analytics tools
  • Demonstrated ability in being a fast learner and able to assimilate new software, procedures and techniques as they are constantly introduced in this environment; solid basic analysis skills
  • Demonstrated ability handling multiple assignments concurrently, possessing excellent organizational and time management skills, and being able to function in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability being proactive with ability to anticipate, initiate, and prioritize
  • The ability to assume responsibility without direct supervision, exercise initiative and judgment, and make decisions within the scope of assigned authority is required
  • Demonstrated ability working with a variety of levels of management and customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
