PURPOSE STATEMENT

We are seeking an ERP Systems Analyst who is passionate about Supply Chain Management. You will provide leadership and expertise on projects and promote standard methodologies. Our innovative Information Services teams pride themselves on staying ahead of constantly evolving technology solutions that enable success and help our partners grow their businesses. In this position, you would be partnering with the Supply Chain division in the management of multiple projects and vendor relationships, mentoring team members and following industry trends. You will help define opportunities for process improvements, evaluate and recommend solutions, define objectives, identify achievements and timelines for Supply Chain initiatives.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

  • Establish positive business relationships with partners to support the Supply Chain team.
  • You can translate and understand business IT solutions and enablers to establish efficiencies and valuable customer solutions.
  • Collaborates with team members assigned to assist with projects and coordinates work with team and vendors and ensuring compliance to standard methodologies.
  • You are an inquisitive thinker, researching new capabilities and bringing innovative technologies to life, recommending those which will benefit the organization while aligning with digital technologies strategies and cloud based solutions consistent with our enterprise architecture initiatives.
  • You embrace empowerment, are a self-motivated, visionary teammate that exercises critical judgment and makes sound decisions. You are a problem solver who is able to make connections across complex ideas.
  • Actively monitor application performance and provides recommendations for continuous improvement. You can perform a variety of analytical and technical functions necessary to ensure the availability of applications and systems for business needs
  • Communicate regular status updates to business partners and IS Management seeing opportunities and handle the responsibility of resolving problems.

 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • BS degree in MIS, CS or related field, MS degree preferred
  •  A minimum of 5 years of experience in application development and/or systems integration.
  • A background in supporting ERP processes and technologies having experience with SAP ECC and SAP APO or solid aptitude for developing skills.

Proficient in the following:

  • Supply Network Planning (SNP)
  • Capable to Match (CTM)
  • Production Planning – Detail Scheduling (PPDS)
  • Building macros and planning area management

 

Awareness of the following is a plus:

  • Demand Planning processes
  • Transportation Load Builder
  • Production planning
  • Material Management
  • Sales & Distribution
