f’real foods is a growing frozen beverage company that designs and markets great-tasting milkshakes, smoothies and frappes. f’real f’natics (people who love our products!) freshly blend our delicious beverages in a patented blender that can be found in almost 20,000 locations across North America, and now internationally. A wholly-owned subsidiary of Rich Products Corporation, our company has grown by leaps and bounds, yet f’realies (team members) still maintain our entrepreneurial spirit and culture.

Specific responsibilities of this position include:

  • Provide basic technical support for the f’real program
  • Train new customers via the phone on the f’real program
  • Receive and enter orders from our customers
  • Receive sales leads from potential customers
  • Follow up with customers on existing cases
  • Provide warranty information to our customers and service providers
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

 

Help Us Meet You

We’re looking for a highly-motivated and conscientious person who is passionate about consumer products. You should have excellent communication skills with a great customer support background. You should be comfortable taking the bull by the horns, working independently and as a team. You will be an integral member of a fairly small, very tight knit working team, so great team work, an enthusiastic can-do attitude and a sense of humor will be essential.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required - Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and pleasant manner
  • Flexible and calm under pressure
  • General mechanical and/or electrical understanding
  • Great problem-solving/investigative skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish) or (English/French)
