About the Role:

The Sales Operations Coordinator reports to the Manager of Sales Operations and will be responsible for supporting the sales team with day to day administrative activities, analyzing cup sales reports, pulling reports from Salesforce and helping to keep the sales team organized. 


Areas of Responsibility:

  • Create and maintain annual sales calendar (appointments/meetings)
  • Assist in creating sales and equipment forecast 
  • Prepare and investigate financial account reconciliations 
  • SPIFF tracking and preparation
  • Reporting and analyzing cups and equipment sales 
  • Assist with document management 
  • Salesforce data entry:  enter in POS orders, maintain flavors, price points, tradeshow leads
  • Create and maintain reporting within Salesforce on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Creation of new Salesforce items, including report types and page management
  • Basic Salesforce support for sales reps
  • Occasionally set up and attend tradeshows
  • Basic PowerPoint and dashboard presentation creation for company leadership
  • Other duties as assigned


About You:

We’re looking for a very highly motivated, self-starter, who has a track record of being successful with working with sales folks.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.


Qualification Requirements:

  • 4-year degree from an accredited university
  • 1-2 years of business experience, working within a sales support role a plus
  • Salesforce experience preferred


Job Requirements:

  • Some travel required for trade shows, customer meetings, conferences and company meetings (10-20%)
