Purpose Statement

The production clerk provides timely and accurate completion of assigned reports.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

  • Manages special projects as assigned, providing necessary coordination and timely completion
  • Provides administrative duties to include using Microsoft Office programs, telephone, faxing, filing, distribution correspondence, etc
  • Maintains adequate inventory of supplies, ordering as required
  • Maintains various production reports and documents

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • Requires minimum of 1-3 years of experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to advance level skills with Microsoft Office programs to include Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • Must be able to handle multiple assignments concurrently, possess excellent organizational and time management skills, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain focus on assigned tasks in spite of constant interruptions by telephone and personnel contact.
  • Ability to work effectively with others.
