Hands on work experience with Rich Products Canadian division in a sales role that gives you an opportunity to have a direct impact to our customers. 


Management of food show exhibitions including setup, product presentation, customer/consumer engagement, selling and tear-down.

Management of sample product inventory and promotional tool inventory.

Hands on work experience through direct responsibility of designated regional accounts

Timely delivery of samples and selling materials to existing and potential customers.

Product showcase and education sessions with distribution partners and operators

Build relationships with our consumers, customers, Rich’s employees and members within your community.

Identify and provide solutions to problems based on best practices and insight from your sales team.

Communicate findings regarding accounts, industry trends, potential business opportunities to the sales team.

You will act as the face of Rich’s, representing the company on a street level.  The scope of work is very broad and dynamic that will lend you real sales experience. This is NOT your average "desk job".


  • You have the ability and willingness to work a flexible work schedule
  • A love for food and cooking.  Culinary experience a plus!
  • You have your own vehicle a valid driver's license with no limitations/restrictions. You will be required to provide a recent copy of a Driver's Abstract
  • You have the ability to lift over 30 lbs, no lifting restrictions
  • You have past work experience in sales, promotions and/or customer service fields (asset)
  • You are a resident of (or familiar with) assigned territory
  • You have a magnetic personality and collaborates well in a team environment
  • You are self-motivated and a self-starter; you project a positive and professional corporate image, and demonstrate strong problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • You have strong consumer/customer orientation
