Hands on work experience with Rich Products Canadian division in a  customer marekting role that gives you an opportunity to have a direct impact to our business. 


Support Demand Creation Initiatives

  • Support Demand Creation initiatives including market research data to understand the customers’ and their consumers’ unarticulated needs. 
  • Develop understanding of consumers’ attitudes, behaviors and opinions as they relate to our priority product categories.
  • Support internal & external websites with new content (new product launches, discontinuations, sales wins, new trend reports etc.)


Support Customer Ideations

  • Work with sales and marketing to support growth opportunities and/or defend base.
  • Understand customer strategies and apply customized approach to ‘telling the story’ and framing products/solutions.
  • Partner with sales to use consumer data to influence the purchase decision by developing well-articulated and compelling arguments.
  • Support creation of customer presentations.


Support Trade Shows

  • Support sales team in set up and take down of trade show booth.
  • Support culinary team in preparation and presenting during show.
  • Organize and prepare trade show materials.


  • Pursuing a post-graduate degree in Business, preferably Marketing.
  • Strong quantitative/analytical skills (data interpretation, identifying trends, budgeting, etc.).
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter.
  • Project a positive and professional image.
  • Demonstrate strong problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
