PURPOSE STATEMENT

Rich Products has recently invested in standing up a new function, called the Transformation Office, to address rapidly changing external factors and to support the future growth of the organization. The Transformation Office will drive digital and productivity transformation in three key priority areas. This role will support two of those priority areas – including: 1) Galileo – a significant growth investment and multi-year global transformation of our operating system and processes, enabled by the implementation of S/4HANA and 2) Multi-program connectivity via a Transformation Network Team – orchestrating multiple interconnected initiatives across the enterprise. Because of this – the Transformation Office is growing and currently seeking a Senior Program Manager (Business Transformation) to join our team!  

Purpose Statement
The Senior Program Manager (Business Transformation) has two key priorities:
•    Supports the maturation of the Transformation Network Team evolution and maturation. 
•    Leading all aspects of program management for an exciting, yet complex, multi-year global program - Galileo (S/4HANA) Program. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

Transformation Office – Program Management Proactively identifies cross program opportunities to drive incremental value to the organization. 
•    Supports the Transformation Network evolution and maturity – ensuring the proper rigor and discipline to make informed decisions at an accelerated pace. 
•    Oversee Transformation Network Team Governance – meeting management and agenda. 
Galileo Program - Program Management 
•    Supports the successful planning and execution of the global program – partnering with Galileo (S/4HANA) Program leadership and the entire transformation leadership team. 
   Coordination of activities across the entire Galileo (S/4HANA) Program - including management of the scope, budget, timeline and deliverables for the entire program. 
•    Program Planning: Collaborates with program stakeholders on the development of long and short-term project plans.
•    Program Integration Within Rich Products: 
 Monitors and stays abreast of potential impacts that may affect the effectiveness of the program.
 Proactively identifies cross-program implications of Galileo and collaborates with cross-functional leaders to arrive at proposed recommendations. Examples include but are not limited to system, process, and capability implications. Creates action plans to drive implications to resolution. 
•    Program Communication: Continually optimize the governance and decision-making processes within the program. 
•    Program Effectiveness: Monitors day-to-day operations of the Galileo (S/4HANA) Program to ensure policies and procedures are being followed, that goals and objectives are met, and the program is operating effectively; takes corrective action as needed. 
•    Program Management & Agile Best Practices: Identifies and evangelizes program management & agile best practices to improve program outcomes. 
•    Galileo Program Team Engagement: Builds program team morale by advocating and promoting the team’s work through internal channels, coaching and mentoring.
•    Vendor Management - Manages multiple vendors and complexity across the program in the areas of technology and business transformation. Aligns vendor products and services with the program’s multi-year investment roadmap. 
•    Escalation Process Management - Supports the escalation and resolution of critical issues from within the Galileo Delivery Team.
•    Financial Management - Oversees management of Galileo (S/4HANA) Program budget and supports leadership in making informed investment prioritization decisions. 
•    Resource Management – Accountable for the planning aspect of the Galileo (S/4HANA) Program resourcing - liaising with Rich Products leaders and vendors to understand and communicate short and long-term resourcing estimates internally.
•    Measures of Success - Support development of program-wide KPIs to measure program performance.
•    Reporting: This role will report directly to the Program Director, Business Transformation, with a dotted line to the IS Program Director, SAP Transformation. 
People Management
•    Accountable to lead/manage 1 Galileo (S/4HANA) Project Manager resource. This individual will be working across associates from around the globe and heavily leveraging influencing skills to be successful.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Required


•    Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, or related field. 
•    At least 10 years of program management experience, with at least 7 years of experience working directly with senior business leaders. Experience should include the supervision of project associates for one or more projects.
•    Ability to collaborate, influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including C-level executives and business leaders. 
•    Experience executing within an Agile construct. 
•    Experience managing substantial program budgets.
•    Experience managing multiple vendors through a single integrated program.
•    Experience with end to end program implementation - covering activities across multiple phases: fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration build, user testing, legacy system conversions, end user, cutover, deployment, and post go live support.
•    Experience with Business Process Management design and implementation. 
•    Strong business acumen; understands key financial drivers related to growth and an organization’s revenue goals.
•    PC Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access). 

 

Preferred


•    Education: MBA or other advanced degree/certification
•    Experience: Previous experience managing global S/4HANA implementations, experience supporting other projects aiming to consolidate several ERP instances down to 1.
•    PMP certification
•    Agile certification
Travel
•    Ability to travel internationally, as needed

COMPENSATION

 

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$130,074.61 - $195,111.92
