PURPOSE STATEMENT

The vision of Human Resources (known as the Associate Experience Network) at Rich Products Corporation is to create exceptional experiences for all associates, every day.  This newly created role will equip AEN colleagues and business leaders to have greater impact on their teams and organizations in the areas of change management, organization design, team effectiveness, workforce planning as well as the development of a playbook to support the human resource aspects of mergers & acquisitions.  

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

•    Lead the build out of the OE team and practice area aligned with business needs.

•    Develop and maintain working relationships across the enterprise and provide thought leadership, strategic consulting, coaching and practical solutions that address OE challenges and opportunities.

•    Assess current state and oversee the creation and implementation of enterprise OE standards, processes, frameworks, tools, and metrics to address enterprise business critical challenges and opportunities.

•    Provide effective training and coaching to upskill business leaders and AEN colleagues as they learn and apply the OE standards and tools to achieve positive change and business results.

•    Establish and lead OE related Communities of Practice to support and accelerate sharing and capability building across the enterprise.

•    Enhance and maintain the tools and resources to ensure they are cutting edge, practical and achieve measurable positive outcomes and business impact.

Organization Effectiveness Disciplines In-Scope for Role:

  • Team Effectiveness – achieving high team performance and a healthy team environment through a comprehensive set of tools that assess and improve productivity and team dynamics.  
  • Strategic Workforce Planning – equipping AEN partners with a common framework to identify the critical capabilities needed for short- and long-term organizational success and understanding the talent requirements that will fuel impactful and integrated talent strategies.
  • Organizational Change Management – providing frameworks and tools that ensure leader-led change efforts are effectively implemented by addressing the people aspects (including change fatigue) so that associates clearly understand why a change is happening and feel empowered to own change.    
  • Organization Design – taking a holistic approach to the design of organizations so that Rich’s is prepared for the future and can achieve its vision; this area will build upon recently created tools, resources and business partner training.  
  • Mergers & Acquisitions – creating and deploying a consistent HR playbook that can be used to support M&A activities from due diligence to post-merger integration.  
     

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

•    12+ years of experience as an organization effectiveness, change management, talent or human resource leader and practitioner.
•    Training or certification(s) in Prosci or similar change methodology, high performance team process and assessment tools.
•    Thought leadership and deep practical experience in three or more of the disciplines in scope (change management, organization design, team effectiveness, workforce planning and mergers & acquisitions).
•    Experience developing and deploying global solutions.
•    Master’s degree in Organization Effectiveness, Talent, Change Management, Human Resources, I/O Psychology or related field preferred.

 

This role is location agnostic (in the US) with occasional travel to Buffalo, New York, or other locations, including global markets, as needed.  (estimated travel is 3-4 days every 2-3 months).

COMPENSATION

 

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$148,050.00 - $246,750.00
