PURPOSE STATEMENT
• To develop, manage and maintain Rich UK Quality management system with effective internal auditing program to ensure compliance verification of customers, BRC, legal and WHQ standards.
• To manage and maintain customer technical databases, technical KPI and customer audits.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES
• Customer liaison on Technical matters to retail and OOH customers protecting Rich’s branded.
• To develop and maintain internal QMS, company technical policies, procedures, control sheets and work instructions complies with legal, relevant certification and customer codes of practice.
• To establish and maintain a process of horizontal auditing against the QMS to ensure compliance with BRC, customers and WHQ standards.
• To ensure QMS procedures, control sheets and work instructions are trained to all relevant associates.
• To manage audit database and ensure corrective action are completed to customers timescale and requirements.
• To drive continual improvement to QMS through trending and establishing root cause to non-conformity
• Complaint management: ensuring all complaint received are managed effectively meeting customers timescale and obtaining evidence from the customer to assist investigation.
• Ensuring all customer KPI report are managed and appropriate actions are agreed with sites and implemented within the customers agreed timescale.
• To attend and manage customer quality panels and ensure adequate feedback to production team on continual improvement.
• Compiling KPI data and technical reports as scheduled for the business, and WHQ.
• Develop and management internal HACCP system to ensure safe food production.
• Manage all new customers Technical procedures and policies, code of practices and guideline notification and ensure the relevant technical/NPD team member is informed of all new updates.
• Work with internal teams to embed a Food Safety and Quality culture
• Ensure all finished products comply with the intended trading market food legislation and regulations.
• Support product development projects by being the technical expert on customer standards, food safety regulations and labelling.
