Sales Support Executive

To undertake administrative job duties as it pertains to the sales department. 
To utilise skills to make certain that all salespeople have the proper equipment or literature to do their job. 
To meet with sales employees to make new plans regarding sales or how to improve the job.
To have an input in to best practise and working methods to improve efficiency within the sales function and the wider business.


To generate and process new sales leads as necessary
To speak to customers and ensure all documents and paperwork are submitted in a timely and correct fashion
To confirm install dates and issues to customers
Answer phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise
Take sales information and put it into an easily readable format
Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product
Make sure that salespersons are on track with sales goals
Processing of orders of equipment and product in conjunction with planning manager needs
To meet with other departments to make sure that salespeople are doing their job correctly
Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales team
Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; report the problems as necessary
Acknowledge customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
Update all contact information for clients
Store visits for auditing purposes
To provide trade show and event organisational support
Deal with any customer complaints and resolve any issues as necessary
Arrange travel and accommodations for any salesperson that is meeting clients outside of the office
Completing any other necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents
To comply with Rich Products Limited Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times


•    Administrative Skills

•    Computer Literate - Proficient in Microsoft Office packages

•    Excellent communication skills (both Verbal and Written) with experience of building relationships across all levels of the organization
