Collaborate with Walmart and Sam’s Club sales & marketing team to identify and deliver compelling and actionable insights and analyzes to the Rich’s sales team and key customer decision makers by mining data, analyzing business and industry trends and clear communication of relevant data.


At direction of Senior Sales Analyst, partner with sales team to provide accurate data and relevant insights to develop action plans aligned to changing trends in the market.


  • Support the development of action plans in tandem with sales managers and senior sales analyst to drive action in specified categories
  • Become proficient in the use of databases (Retail Link, Nielsen/Answers on Demand, ATLAS, Sales Discovery, etc…); establish an approach to analyzing data that is aligned with Insights and Analytics team strategy.
  • Develop sales team reports by effectively analyzing, interpreting, and communicating results with the development and maintenance of comprehensive sales reporting tools customized to the end user.
  • Work with divisional insights team and third-party resources to help develop thought leadership positions that can elevate and sustain he Rich Experience with customers.
  • Provide general support for Walmart and Sam’s Club meetings and line reviews.  
  • Provide support for special projects.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in Finance or related field.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in small groups
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, excellent planning and organization skills, and efficient time management
  • Qualities:  Resourceful, teachable, proactive, creative problem solver, adaptive to change, and demonstrates a sense of urgency
  • Highly proficient with MS Office applications, intermediate to advanced skills in Excel required.
