Lead and execute new business development initiatives for select categories to achieve annual net sales and financial margin targets. Collaborate with sales managers and key customers to identify and deliver compelling and actionable solutions to Rich’s sales team and key customer decision makers by mining data, analyzing business and industry trends and clear communication of relevant insights.


Execute and deliver The Rich Experience to Walmart and Sam’s Club. 
•    Deliver net sales and financial margin targets across a select portfolio of products and categories.  
•    Develop and manage business development strategies aligned to Walmart and Sam’s Club direct chains team and CBU business strategies. 
•    Develop and foster strong working relationships with CBUs marketers, R&D, Technology and Operations.
•    Lead and manage product category supply chain, in partnership with VMI team. 


Sales Support Insights & Analytics
Partner with sales team to provide accurate data and relevant insights to develop action plans aligned to changing trends in the market. 
•    Working closely with the Sales team; identifying changing trends within the market place
•    Developing action plans in tandem with sales managers to drive action in specified categories
•    Proficient use of various databases (Retail Link, Nielsen/One Version of Truth, ATLAS, Sales Discovery, etc…); establishing an approach to analyzing data that fits the business. 
•    Subject matter expert in Walmart and Sam’s Club internal business processes, to include supply chain management, replenishment, forecasting and master data.  
•    Work with divisional insights team and third-party resources to help develop thought leadership positions that can elevate and sustain he Rich Experience with customers.
•    Develop sales team reports by effectively analyzing, interpreting, and communicating results with the development and maintenance of comprehensive sales reporting tools customized to the end user. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • Minimum of two (2) year experience in sales, data analytics, category management, or marketing; CPG experience preferred.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office applications, intermediate to advanced skills in Excel required.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication (verbal/written) and presentation skills including ability to run reports, gather data and provide in clear/concise results.
  • Experience establishing and cultivating business relationships to help drive business.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work proactively and with cross functional teams to find results.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills to interpret analyze and integrate large amounts of data from multiple sources.
