Purpose Statement

The Training Coordinator facilitates seamless administrative operations and optimizes organizational efficiency for the training and development of our plant associates .  They will coordinate training plans with trainers, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, and ensure that associates receive and complete required training to adhere to audit training for a safety and audits.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

•    Provide comprehensive assistance to trainers to ensure that required training is being properly reviewed, updated and carried out with associates.
•    Review training processes and procedures for accurate updates    
•    Supports ongoing efforts in ensuring training matrix is up-to-date (on-time, signed, endorsed)
•    Work with trainers in developing new skill sets

*Coordinate files for audits 

*Update data in Poka as necessary

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

•    Microsoft Office 365 proficient (i.e. use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.) Experience utilizing AI a plus. 

*Bilingual a plus
•    Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers.
•    Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
•    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
•    Experience in coordinating meetings, events, or projects, including logistics and scheduling.
•    Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with expense reporting or financial management systems is preferred.
•    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
•    Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
