Purpose Statement
The Sanitation Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the paperwork and document review of sanitation administration. They are the Kleanz Mobile Champion and SME. Actively participate in TPM as the DSM Process Owner.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

- Be able to work flexible hours. Be able to work overtime if required.
- Be able to work in wet, dusty, hot and cold conditions.
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude; cooperate with coworkers, management, vendors.
- Act as a SME for Kleanz program. Oversee all aspects of Kleanz program, including updating sanitor log, creating new sheets, and updating existing sheets.
- Complete sanitation paperwork in Kleanz system
- Review and update SSOP’s as needed. Create new SSOP’s as needed.
- Actively participate and drive CI as the DSM Process Owner.
- Create OJTs as needed. Review and update OJTs as needed.
- Create OPL’s as needed. Review and update OPL’s as needed.
- Backup for Chemical Coordinator in absences as needed.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Mix chemicals and titrate as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- High school diploma or GED.
- Demonstrate ability to understand and take directions.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Be able to work with minimum supervision.
- Be willing to learn new methods and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft office programs. (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams)
- Flexible hours and workdays to support sanitation and audits.
