Job Summary:
The Team Development Coach will coordinate associate training, development and engagement activities and providing coaching support to the Training Coordinators.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Operations leadership (Managers and Team Leaders) to provide an engaging onboarding experience to new associates.
- Assist to ensure that 7 day and 14-day checklists are being completed timely.
- Identify and assign, in coordination with Group Leaders, buddies for each new associate.
- Offer enhancements of the Training program for new associates where appropriate, using analysis and feedback to the Training Coordinators/Production Team.
- Coordinate with Managers and Team Leaders to identify associates who would benefit from additional coaching and training.
- Identify and support Senior Operators/Group Leaders in soft skills area when it comes to interacting with associates.
- Work with Training Coordinators to ensure that training trackers are updated daily for new associates.
- Ensure progress is being made toward completion of the associate’s training plan, outline expectations and monitor development progress.
- Share best practices with Support Functions (Maintenance, Qualify, and Shipping/Receiving).
- Ensure New Associates, including to temp to hires, complete new hire Alchemy training and are introduced to the Production Floor.
- Seek and document feedback from new associates to share with the leadership team and continuously improve the new hire experience.
- Prepare both verbal and written feedback to Managers and New Associates.
- Present a monthly presentation on “wins and challenges”.
- Develop and sustain strong working relationships with all associates including Team Leaders and Managers on the shift.
- Ensure TPM introduction training is being completed by all new associates.
- Participate in all training provided in relation to company products, operating systems, processes and procedures, and retain knowledge. Fully utilize all training and support materials.
- Always display a flexible and co-operative approach.
- Promotes and models the Rich Promise to all associates.
- Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
- Training development experience preferred but not required.
- 1-3 years of experience in high-paced work environment, preferably including an environment with a 24-hour schedule.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to walk around the plant floor for up to 75% of your work shift.
