Purpose Statement
The Assistant Manager, Integrated & Performance Marketing supports the Performance Marketing team as a part of the USA/Canada region’s Digital Marketing Team. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing coordinated integrated digital marketing campaigns across a range of paid media channels, including email, social media, display advertising and SEM. This position leverages performance marketing strategies to expand reach and generate leads, ensuring all tactics work together to maximize campaign effectiveness throughout the customer journey.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
Integrated Digital Marketing Campaigns (60%)
- Craft, launch and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across all paid media channels (email, social media, display advertising and SEM).
- Support management of campaign calendar in collaboration with division integrated marketing plans and iterate as needed throughout the year to support changes to plans.
- Create compelling and engaging campaign content in partnership with our agency partners including creative, copy, blog posts, landing pages.
- Continuously test and refine audience targeting, creative, copy and platform tactics to drive effectiveness and conversion. Analyze performance to take actions and optimize campaigns across all channels to maximize ROI.
- Oversee agency and/or internal administration of ad placements, including refining audience targeting for improved conversion rates.
- Track and manage spending to budget.
- Report and socialize performance, with data-driven insights and learnings to internal stakeholders throughout and at the close of each campaign.
- Identify campaign specific content needs and collaborate with content team.
- Stay up to date on emerging opportunities and trends within paid media/digital advertising.
Email Marketing (30%)
- Develop content for emails in collaboration with customer/brand/product marketing teams and our agency partners.
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns within our Marketing Automation Platform, HubSpot.
- Support growth of our email opt-in database.
- Discover actionable insights from email performance metrics to determine value to the business.
- Support implementation of email nurture series to support key product categories, customer segments and strategic initiatives.
General Team Support (10%):
- Monitor & manage budgets for assigned marketing projects/initiatives.
- Provide back-up support to the Social Media & Digital Customer Experience Teams, as needed.
- Collaborate with cross functional team members (Customer Marketing, CBU) to develop and execute go-to-market product launch plans.
- Coordinate Digital Demand Creation team involvement in each new product launch, discontinuation, or SKU rationalization, organize work and assign tasks through our project management platform (Monday.com), and marshal projects to completion.
- Partner with marketing teams across the organization to assemble and publish relevant Marketing-related content via an internal-facing website and newsletter. Work with support functions to enhance the site with new features and encourage Marketing teams to share news and best practices through these channels.
- Participate in Agile work to advance Digital Demand Creation initiatives, as required.
- Support Demand Creation, Center of Excellence team initiatives, meeting preparation, and facilitation, as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field with 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Previous experience managing digital marketing campaign tactics, specifically email, SEM, paid social, and display advertising.
- Working experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (HubSpot), Ads Managers (Google, Meta), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign & Photoshop), or CMS (WordPress)
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to include solid presentation skills.
- Experience in handling multiple assignments concurrently, possessing excellent organizational and time management skills, and being able to function in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail.
- Proactive with the ability to anticipate, initiate, and prioritize tasks.
- Demonstrated ability in being a fast learner and adapting to change. Ability to assimilate new software, procedures, and techniques as they are constantly introduced in this environment.
- Intermediate analytical skills and digital dexterity supported by intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Solid software proficiency to include Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (Intermediate to advanced level Excel and PowerPoint User).
- Travel 5-10% as needed

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

$62,367.53 - $84,379.60
