Purpose Statement

The Assistant Web & Digital Marketing Manager supports the Digital Demand Creation team and plays a key role in influencing and driving continuous improvements to the end-to-end B2B digital buying journey enabled by best-in-class product listings, and personalized recommendations that inform and inspire our customers. The ideal candidate will be a result and data driven Digital Marketing professional with a keen attention to detail to drive cross-channel integrations of our robust portfolio of B2B and CPG products to connect internal & external customers to relevant solutions across websites and sales enablement platforms.

The Assistant Manager supports the Digital Demand Creation team as part of the USA/Canada region’s Demand Creation Center of Excellence team with responsibility for the management of a subset of Rich’s web environments & digital platforms to drive traffic and increase online brand engagement. Our brands include, but are not limited to, Rich’s, Farm Rich, SeaPak, Morey’s, f’real, Christie Cookie Co., and more.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

Content Management & Optimization (60%)

 

  • Manage product catalogs across various customer & sales channels based on divisional relevance and go-to-market strategies
  • Systematically conduct audits against product 360 standards for product catalog data, images, product content, inventory, etc. on company websites. Ensure consistent site experiences.
  • Enhance delivery of nutrient/allergen claims for customers by keeping pulse on relevant trends, regulatory standards, and new customer requirements
  • Collaborate with the Digital Demand Creation, product marketing, customer marketing and global marketing teams to make relevant content updates across websites while maintaining consistent brand messaging and quality.
  • Deliver compelling and informative features & benefits statements across Rich’s portfolio to support the customer experience and drive search visibility (SEO).
  • Support smart product recommendations & integrations across digital channels and delivers metrics of engagement.
  • Govern divisional sales enablement platforms
  • Manage QR code generation in adherence to tracking strategies 

 

Website Management & Analysis (30%)

 

  • Support web teams with ongoing enhancements to product detail pages across websites and sales enablement platforms, including functional and non-functional requirements
  • Identify digital gaps uncovered by testing or customer feedback via pulse surveys and correct problems to enhance the customer experience
  • Manage workflows within the Recipe Management system & flag content for relevant customer endpoints
  • Support optimization & enhancement roadmap of sales enablement platforms (RED) in partnership with sales & customer marketing teams

 

General Team Support (10%)

 

  • Support development of web & digital customer experience strategies and roadmap.
  • Maintain marketing budget and deliver results within budget parameters for web & digital initiatives.
  • Manage team SharePoint & resource pages
  • Act as Digital Customer Experience representative on Product Data Governance Council
  • Provide back-up support to the Digital Customer Experience & Performance Marketing Teams, as needed.
  • Participate in Agile product development work to advance Digital Demand Creation initiatives, as required

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field with 2+ years of digital marketing or related experience. 
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, including website development, management and tools (Content Management Systems) including Wordpress. Knowledge of Commerce Tools or other ecommerce CMS systems a plus 
  • Highly analytical and skilled at problem-solving (error detection, root cause analysis, error correction options, recommending best option) 
  • Google Analytics experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with GA4 and comfortable navigating the new reporting interface. 
  • Working knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM) systems. Experience with EnterWorks a plus. 
  • Demonstrated ability in being a fast learner and adapting to change. Ability to assimilate new software, procedures, and techniques as they are constantly introduced in this environment. 
  • Exceptional project management skills and cross-functional team leadership required; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. 
  • The ability to assume responsibility without direct supervision, exercise initiative and judgment, and make decisions within the scope of assigned authority is required. 
  • Ability to work independently and with others in a collaborative environment.  
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills. 
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel and PowerPoint required. 
  • Working experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign & Photoshop), preferred.

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$64,005.00 - $86,595.00
