Purpose Statement
The Associate Manager, Global Data & Analytics delivers hands-on analytics, reporting, and data governance for all Global Marketing teams—including Brand, Regional, Digital, Category/Portfolio, and Global Digital Demand Creation This role develops, maintains, and validates marketing dashboards and data standards. In partnership with the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP), Business Units, and regional teams, the Associate Manager ensures product, customer, and marketing data is accurate, consistent, and ready for reporting and decision-making. The position is highly execution-focused, supporting analytics needs through structured processes, documentation, audits, and reporting enablement.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
Summarized Accountability:
- Assist with building, maintaining, and enhancing analytics and reporting solutions for Global Marketing.
- Support data cleanliness and recurring validation, documentation, and audit tasks to ensure accuracy and KPI consistency.
- Help with dashboard refreshes, troubleshooting, governance, and reporting support.
- Facilitate training, adoption, and sharing of use cases with global stakeholders.
Success is measured by improved data quality, timely task completion, dashboard accuracy, and effective team support.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Dashboard Support
- Maintain, update, and validate Power BI dashboards for Global Marketing. Assist with publishing, permissions, monitoring, and resolving issues. Document changes and communicate updates to teams.
Data Sourcing, Validation & Governance Support
- Validate data models and layers for EDP and marketing teams. Reconcile data from warehouse models and platforms (GA4, Search Console, HubSpot, YouTube, etc.). Document KPI definitions and validation steps, and maintain central governance materials.
Global Data Cleanliness (Product, Customer & Marketing Data)
- Represent Global Markets Marketing in enterprise initiatives for data accuracy. Conduct regular checks on product, customer, and marketing data. Maintain cleanliness scorecards, audit logs, and coordinate remediation with regional teams. Ensure new websites, campaigns, and products meet standards, and improve master data processes.
Technical Enablement & Quality Checks
- Maintain UTM governance and metadata documentation, perform audits, and validate GTM tagging patterns. Monitor refresh issues and collaborate with IT/EDP on troubleshooting.
Insights & Performance Reporting Support
- Prepare validated datasets and analysis summaries for performance reporting and business reviews. Compile executive‑ready packages under senior guidance and provide context for KPIs across regions. Use analytics to highlight key insights and make recommendations.
Stakeholder Enablement & Global Coordination
- Develop how‑to guides, training materials, and demos. Coordinate communications and information sharing with regions, gather stakeholder needs, and highlight use cases and success stories.
Intake, Backlog & Operational Support
- Manage analytics requests, maintain documentation, triage ServiceNow tickets, and track backlog and deliverables.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required in Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred
- 3–6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting, BI development, or similar analytics support roles.
- Hands‑on support experience with Power BI dashboards, data validation, and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of core digital and marketing data sources (GA4, Search Console, HubSpot, YouTube, etc.)
- Experience performing data quality checks, audits, and data governance support activities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured data, KPI definitions, and documentation.
- Strong communication skills for working with global, cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to translate data issues or stakeholder needs into clear, actionable steps
- Experience partnering with data engineering or data platform teams preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting workflows or full‑funnel performance reporting preferred.
- Experience in agile delivery environments and tools (DDO, ServiceNow) preferred.

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

$68,051.00 - $92,069.00
