We are looking for a recent graduate or early career Packaging Engineer to join our Global Markets R&D team to support current and develop new Food packaging structures. This will also involve equipment design and improvements.


  • Owns the creation and delivery of the packaging solutions for all food categories, working in close collaboration and coordination with Local Global Market Teams to complete projects in time and quality
  • Conducts new product/technology sessions with key current and potential new packaging material and equipment suppliers
  • Work closely with Engineering and Procurement when implementing packaging solutions and address quality issues as they arise
  • Develops new novel Packaging Prototypes, including the selection or development of the specific equipment 
  • Scouting of new packaging Technologies that could be of interest for Rich Products


At a minimum, candidates should possess a BS in Packaging, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering

As a recent gradudate, must have completed at least one Co-Op or Internship in related field 

Demonstrated proficiency in:

  • Basic Packaging Materials & Equipment Technologies
  • Basic Project Management
  • Statistical Data Analysis & Recommendation
  • Reading technical drawing and documents
  • Basic knowledge in CAD (Solidworks preferred)
