PURPOSE STATEMENT

The Business Analyst will provide insightful financial and analytical support to our Global Procurement Organization. They will have the opportunity to be a part of exciting projects, such as, managing savings and development of a BI tool.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

Financial analysis and oversight to Procurement 

  • Lead monthly commodity reporting 
  • Prepare monthly management review reporting including spreadsheets, charts, and presentations
  • Lead monthly 24-month S&OP Flash forecasting activities for Procurement
  • Support ROCS reporting process
  • Track and audit hedge, rebate and gain share programs

Technical support on transactional and management systems to key stakeholders 

  • Foster environment of continuous improvement with a focus on maximizing the efficiencies in the technical systems employed by the department

Project Support

  • Analytic support for sourcing and other projects and help identify opportunities for margin improvement

Source to Settle Support

  • Assist Indirect Sourcing Team and the Future P2P Team in driving value creation

Global Reporting – YTD and Total Year Flash 

  • Ensure monthly reporting is timely and accurate
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly commodity market updates 
  • Maintain Procurement metrics and scorecards
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

•    Bachelors degree in Finance or Business related field
•    Minimum of one year of relevant analytical experience
•    Advanced Excel skill set, experience with data modeling strongly preferred
•    Strong analytical and excellent organizational skills
•    Prioritize duties successfully to meet needs and deadlines
•    Strong communication skills
•    SAP / Oracle BI experience preferred
•    Procurement experience preferred
•    MBA preferred
