Purpose Statement
The role of Account Manager is responsible for the overall customer experience and retention of a portfolio of managed corporate accounts.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
• Establish and maintain relationships for a designated client portfolio; conduit of various levels of corporate/TTT relationships
• Manage client portfolio to include: client retention, contract negotiations, RFP participation, and vendor relations
• Identify, recommend, and support program growth opportunities and program improvement including business consolidation and sale of TTT products and services for profitable value-adds.
• Review and understand client data and reports; generate basic reports as needed
• Conduct Account Reviews and make recommendations to establish and achieve travel goals, identifying areas for client cost-savings and cost-containment, communicating industry best practices, consulting on travel policy enhancements, and reinforcing TTT’s over-all value to the client.
• Support client sourcing negotiations and negotiate on behalf of the client as requested
• Participate in new client implementation process as directed. Partner with TTT Implementation lead and consult with client on best practices for travel policy, rule creation, and other program aspects.
• Support TTT’s strategic communication plan with recommendations for client engagement and education. Assist in the development and execution of communications as directed.
• Monitor customer issues at a program-level and address them in partnership with area representatives as needed and in a timely manner.
• Maintain customer information in CRM database.
• Participate in a variety of industry groups and networking events
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
HS or GED required with a B.A. degree or equivalent desired
Experience managing or supporting corporate travel preferred
Understanding of core managed travel systems and their interconnectivity: Global Distribution Systems, online booking tools (SAP Concur), mid-office platforms, reporting, back-office, etc.
Enterprise-level knowledge of SAP Concur Travel & Expense, including a complete understanding of the platform’s strategic capabilities and a an advanced understanding of its operational capabilities.
Competence in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Teams, etc.
High-touch customer service skills
Presentation and communication skills: written, oral, and virtual

COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$62,305.00 - $84,295.00
