Performs advanced-level learning and Organizational Design (OD) services in support of Rich University Learning Network (RULN). Reviews data and assesses market trends to continually improve processes and service delivery.  May coordinate and/or lead multiple RULN projects.

  • Design, develop, and deploy complex learning solutions and OD engagements as required, such as; instructional design, journey mapping, content development, content identification, content curation, learning logistics, program coordination, process map maintenance, digital architect, RULN marketing communications coordination and design, and various OD activities.
  • May function as the project / program / process / technology lead on learning and OD engagements.
  • Utilize multiple components of the current and future digital ecosystem, as required, to design, develop, and deliver solutions.
  • Utilize enterprise collaboration tools to effectively communicate with RULN and Rich Associates including; MS Teams, Office 365, MS Outlook, and Skype
  • May perform instructor-led facilitation as needed
  • May conduct and maintain vendor/external resource relationships and procurement requirements
  • May coordinate learning and OD solution measurement and analytics requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in specialized or related field, based on main area of responsibility
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience designing, developing and deploying complex learning solutions as it relates to leadership development
  • Requires specific understanding of learning organization processes.
  • Ability to recognize needs of Rich University Learning Network (RULN)
  • Proficiency with specific technical skill requirements of Rich University Learning Network Enterprise Learning Solutions and Services (ELSS)
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in an agile environment
  • Leadership skills: Go Positive, Create the Environment and Coach for Solutions
  • Professional skills: project management, communication, business acumen and agile design
  • Other skills: collaboration, proactive, problem solver, flexible, comfortable with ambiguity, results oriented and digitally savvy
