Purpose Statement

Are you passionate about creating meaningful workplace experiences and fostering a vibrant, inclusive culture? Our Culture and Communications team is looking for a dynamic and curious intern to support our Culture and Engagement initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to help shape how we listen to our employees, celebrate our values, and build a workplace where everyone feels they belong.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in the growing field of employee experience and culture, work alongside a passionate team, and contribute to projects that make a real impact on how people feel at work.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

Speaking of projects, here’s the kind of work you’ll be given:  

  • Support the development and rollout of new listening strategies and culture-building programs
  • Conduct research on industry best practices in employee engagement, recognition, and culture
  • Assist in creating compelling presentations and materials to communicate culture initiatives
  • Help manage data entry and tracking for engagement surveys, feedback tools, and program metrics
  • Provide general support for communication team projects and pitch in on occasional administrative tasks that keep our team running smoothly

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Current enrollment in a bachelor or graduate degree program at an accredited university. Concentration in Marketing, Human Resources, or Communication preferred.
  • A strong communicator who’s comfortable working with data and storytelling
  • Someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Adaptable and can-do attitude that can prioritize many different tasks at once
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
  • Must be able to work well both autonomously and within a team environment
  • Previous internship experience strongly preferred

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$17.00 - $23.00
