PURPOSE STATEMENT

The Digital Content Producer manages Rich’s Virtual Culinary web platform and will build live and virtual programs for Rich’s customers as well as developing & editing any video content required.

 

The focus of the Content Producer is to elevate live/virtual and on-demand experiences and deliver a dynamic, on-brand experience.  This includes coordination with internal marketing teams, sales & culinary resources, Rich’s production studio and external agency partners.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

In partnership with the Digital Demand Creation leadership:

  • Responsible for leading and/or supporting the planning and execution of virtual events including webinars, webcasts and virtual sales calls, virtual trade shows; and driving the content development process
  • Knowledgeable of the strengths, differences and limitations of various virtual event platforms 
  • Manage, prioritize and oversee events and virtual experiences from creative concept development through agency briefing to execution. 
  • Oversees program planning, site selection, presentation development, video design & development, branding and graphic design, interactive/experiential technology and budget. 
  • Effectively shapes event messaging, agenda and content, both for individual events as well as overarching brand campaigns and individual virtual customer events.
  • Consult with internal teams and provide recommendations to drive the digital customer experience. 
  • Support Culinary, Sales & Digital teams to edit and produce a range of video & digital media types from solution-level messaging, learning assets, product handling & demos, and customer meetings & presentations.
  • Create informative, engaging, and persuasive content geared toward supporting the customers’ buying journeys and building the Rich’s brand
  • Deliver completed video assets to various endpoints — websites, mobile, social media, training & education, sales enablement platforms, and more.
  • Contribute to new content requirements, best practices, and new content capabilities that advance Rich’s Product 360⁰ strategy 
  • Partnering with Manager, influence and lead the development of a robust video content library
  • Participate in Agile product development work to advance Digital Demand Creation initiatives, as required
  • Supervise VO recordings and video shoots as needed.
  • Coordinate with Rich’s Content Factory to ensure that quality, consistency and adherence to brand identity is reflected in all videos produced.
  • Support creation, curation, and management of video assets as needed. 
  • Monitor emerging digital best practices and platforms, and key industry trends for story ideas and creation of competitive content.
     
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required
  • 3+ years’ experience producing live/virtual events and direct expertise in content development
  • Experience with digital event activations and/or experiential events
  • Experience with virtual event production and virtual platforms
  • Photo and video editing experience
  • Demonstrated creative thinker with solid written and verbal communication skills with all levels within an organization
  • Demonstrated ability and knowledge of digital, logistical and technical aspects of production
  • Demonstrated production and account management competencies such as: client focus, team effectiveness, developing others, attention to detail, flexibility, and delegation
  • Demonstrated ability in creatively solve problems, resourceful, and collaborative
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Work on ad hoc requests as required
  • Solid software proficiency to include Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint User) 
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or comparable video editing software 
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams (meetings & Live events) a plus
  • Individual must be a fast learner and able to assimilate new software, procedures and techniques; demonstrated passion for content, media, marketing, and the Internet
