Purpose Statement

As a Digital Shelf Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring Rich’s products are accurately represented, discoverable, and transactable across customers’ digital shelves. You will work cross‑functionally and directly with key retail and distribution partners to deliver a consistent, high-quality digital brand experience and support commercial success.

 

This is a hybrid opportunity based out of Rich’s WHQ in Buffalo, NY with in-person collaboration required Tuesday-Thursday each week and WFH flexibility Monday / Friday

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

Customer and Internal Collaboration

  • Work externally with strategic customers, partners and vendors as day-to-day contact to ensure mutual success: enhancing relationships, coordinating setup approvals, initiating and managing requests or tickets, and escalating as necessary.
  • Collaborate internally with marketing, sales, and product-related teams to source missing data and content, delivering on customer specific digital shelf requirements.

Product Setup and Maintenance

  • Own accurate and timely product setup and maintenance across priority digital retail environments.
  • Execute accurate and timely setup of products at top priority retailers, distributors, and D2C/O environments in compliance with GS1 and customer requirements. Ensure our products are approved and transactable on customers’ digital shelves.
  • Align content/data from automated feeds and internal systems to meet customers’ specific requirements.
  • Input content/data directly in external platforms and portals, as needed.
  • Submit tickets through customers’ specific processes to address gaps, as needed.
  • Serve as a contact for product setup related issues for internal and customer teams.

Scorecard Analysis and Execution

  • Monitor and action customer scorecards and dashboards to ensure Rich’s is achieving targeted levels of product data and content performance.
  • Analyze and investigate errors and gap reports received from customer-specific teams, providing audit trails and documentation as needed.

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive continuous improvement to position Rich’s as Best-In-Class across the digital shelf.
  • Embrace change and support experimenting with new processes and capabilities (platforms, AI, etc) to drive better outcomes and experiences for customers and Rich’s associates

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of related technical, analytical or business experience. 
  • Relevant business or food/retail industry experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of product attributes, content, and data synchronization standards and process- GS1 and GDSN a plus.
  • Experience with digital commerce, eCommerce, or omnichannel environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated planning, process and organizational skills.
  • Solid interpersonal skills with ability to communicate in all mediums; comfortable presenting at regular demos and to various audiences as needed.
  • Desire to build the future; not afraid to challenge the status quo and suggest enhancements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize accordingly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid software proficiency in Microsoft Suite; intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in Excel (including formulas, subtotaling, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
  • Light travel as needed up to 10%

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$55,803.00 - $75,498.00
