Digital Web Marketing Coordinator

PURPOSE STATEMENT

Are you finding yourself excited about the endless possibilities that are possible in this evolving digital world?  Do you thrive in sharing ideas through collaboration in a team environment?  This role supports the Digital Demand Creation team and helps to optimize the organization's digital marketing programs, with a strong focus on web and the digital customer experience. 

 

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

Supports Manager and Digital Demand Creation team:


• Website maintenance and advancement of new functionality
• Partner with internal stakeholders and agency partners to update and maintain content within Rich’s web environments.
• Tracking key web metrics and progress
• Demonstrate marketplace literacy, understanding of the data, and an appreciation for the art of search engine optimization
• Drive traffic and increase ROI through competitive analysis, keyword research, content creation, and link building
• Collaborate with the Digital Demand Creation team and Product/Customer Marketing to ensure content aligns to Rich’s style guide, voice, and quality
• Developing various digital demand creation materials, sourcing images and artwork, collating content, updating online assets, streamlining digital web maintenance and production
• Coordinate with Associate Manager, Digital Demand Creation (Integrated and Performance Marketing) to align websites with divisional go to market strategies, campaigns, and initiatives
• Handling general Digital Demand Creation activities.
 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field with 2+ years of general business experience preferably in a marketing or sales office.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, including website development and management and tools (Content Management Systems), preferred.
• Experience with Google Analytics and search optimization expertise is a plus
• Demonstrated ability in being a fast learner and adapting to change.  Ability to assimilate new software, procedures and techniques as they are constantly introduced in this environment.
• Experience in handling multiple assignments concurrently, possessing excellent organizational and time management skills, and being able to function in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and digital dexterity supported by intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Ability being proactive with ability to anticipate, initiate, and prioritize.
• Demonstrated ability being proactive with ability to anticipate, initiate, and prioritize.
• The ability to assume responsibility without direct supervision, exercise initiative and judgment, and make decisions within the scope of assigned authority is required.
• Demonstrated ability working with a variety of levels of management and internal/external customers.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid software proficiency to include Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint User)
• Working experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign & Photoshop), preferred
• Individual must be a fast learner and able to assimilate new software, procedures and techniques; demonstrated passion for content, media, marketing, and the Internet
