Purpose Statement

The Director of Enterprise TCCS, will work with the Sr. VP - Enterprise Toppings, Creams and Culinary Solutions and Global Markets Marketing, and in partnership with the Business Unit leaders and functional leads, supports the achievement of category goals by orchestrating category initiatives across the enterprise.

This role can be based anywhere in Rich’s global network and will require domestic and international travel up to 20%.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

Supports development of the TCCS category vision and strategy in partnership with business units and functional stakeholders:

  • Develops deep understanding of local market category plans
  • Coordinates across functions including RIC (research, innovation and compliance), Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to identify and execute against category priorities.
  • Manages the portfolio of initiatives to support the Enterprise TCCS 2 yr strategy and operating plan.

Works with the business units to ensure the 2 yr TCCS category plans are in line with Rich’s 2030 vision. 

  • Orchestrates different workstreams to achieve aligned upon outcomes and key results.
  • Leads specific initiatives and workstreams per category strategy.
  • Champions the development of new tools and ways of working to grow the category. Examples include AI-driven product catalogue, on-demand category roadmaps, seamless knowledge-sharing across category stakeholders.  
  • Partners with Finance to track enterprise category financials and key measures. Directs financial analysis to elicit category insights.
  • Regularly reports out on Enterprise TCCS measures
  • Understands key drivers of category performance

Directs and/or supports evaluation of category growth initiatives, including but not limited to:

  • Sizing and scoping adjacent category/channel/geographies
  • Evaluation of emerging technologies
  • Mergers and Acquisitions due diligence
  • Venture and strategic partnership opportunities

Maintains global category expertise, including Rich’s TCCS portfolio

  • Key competitors: size, positioning, portfolio, market penetration
  • Category trends and insights
  • Brand owner for global TCCS master and sub-brands
     

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of global experience in a senior category, marketing or strategic role  
  • Adaptable – enjoys working in the grey through ambiguity and charting a path forward
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in global markets and US operations and across cultures and borders.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with global functional leads to achieve goals and provide input into strategy.
  • “Lives the market” – keeps customers and local conditions in the business units at the forefront of the strategies.
  • Strong strategic ability and visionary; challenges the status quo
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across broad contingent of stakeholders
  • Demonstrates ‘owns results’ to manage across multiple initiatives to achieve goals.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to drive insights from category financials.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all audiences, including Sr Leadership.  
  • Influence over associates and teams who support the category

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$147,943.00 - $246,573.00
