PURPOSE STATEMENT

As the Director of Organizational Culture and Associate Engagement, you're helping to shape the heartbeat of our organization. Your mission is to craft and propel an integrated culture and engagement strategy that transcends ordinary workplaces, one that aligns every associate with our compelling vision and strategic direction.

 

This role extends beyond traditional boundaries, encompassing how our company connects and resonates with current and future team members. Your partnership with the Senior Vice President of Organizational Culture & Reputation, our Global Leader Team and the Associate Experience Network Steering Team will be instrumental in transforming our organization into a high-performing powerhouse deeply rooted in our values and purpose.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

Associate Listening: Lead the charge in developing, implementing, and assessing strategies and programs that elevate associate listening engagement and serve as critical insight for shaping and delivering innovative culture, engagement, and leadership communication initiatives; Take the lead in managing the internal engagement/pulse survey implementation (in partnership with ESO), translating insights into action plans that equip leaders with the knowledge to drive positive change. 

 

Culture Crafting & Networking: Shape and deliver innovative culture, engagement, and internal leadership communication initiatives, while also working collaboratively with leaders across the enterprise to implement and integrate culture initiatives into everyday operations; Establish robust internal networks, igniting change management and leadership of culture and engagement initiatives that resonate throughout the organization; Provide strategic counsel, guidance, and cutting-edge tools to leaders, empowering them with best practices in communication that elevate productivity, performance, and associate pride in Rich’s.

Results Measurement: Implement cutting-edge metrics to measure the impact of our initiatives, providing real-time insights into the success of our culture, engagement, and communications strategies. 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • 15+ years business experience with a strong understanding of organizational behavior, leadership development and the ability to brand, market and integrate the company’s “people strategies” across our enterprise.
  • Strong communication, marketing, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels. 
  • Strong statistical analysis capabilities and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.  Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Power BI) is desirable.
  • Previous experience with employee engagement and listening (surveying, focus groups, etc.) is preferred.
  • Ability to partner with an Enterprise Service Organization (ESO) who will assist with survey development, implementation, and reporting.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align culture and associate engagement efforts and develop culture programming that supports our business objectives. 
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional global teams.  
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.  
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership. 
  • Face to face participation in company offsite meetings and events, as well as travel to various offices and manufacturing sites across our enterprise will be expected.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology, human resources, business administration, marketing, communications or a related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Up to 25% travel

 

COMPENSATION

 

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$120,975.00 - $201,625.00
