We are growing our Ecommerce platform at Rich Products and we are looking for an Ecommerce Supply Chain Specialist to join our Customer Service & Logistics team. This role centralizes the work flow and will support the growing supply chain and logistic demands in this platform. We are looking for someone that is customer minded, future thinking and able to partner with various groups cross functionally in the organization. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of supply chain specifically in distribution, financial cost analysis and strong proficiency in MS Excel.   • Identify behaviors, service patterns, and trends to drive the Supply Chain strategy execution and support E-Commerce as it grows.
  • Create Supply Chain analytics and KPI’s to ensure key Customer deliverables are met
  • Craft robust reports and dashboards that enhance decision making process and drive actionable outcomes
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement strategic projects to optimize Supply Chain process
  • Conduct financial cost analysis to determine the best, most efficient and cost-effective ways to distribute our products via the Ecommerce platforms to our customers. This will include an analysis of 3 party distributors that can aide us in servicing customers in this space
  • Ability to directly influence and drive change through collaboration with business leaders on an effective E-Commerce Supply Chain Process.
  • Own the Amazon Fresh Vendor Central process by linking and staging multiple POs and running daily shipment reports to process ASNs through Amazon portal, ensuring we are in good standing and operational
  • Work with Amazon Vendor and Seller centrals to coordinate required distribution activities and notify customers regarding order fulfillment
  • Monitor and Process daily E-Commerce customer orders within SAP from Amazon, Amazon Fresh, Fresh Direct, Costco and other direct customer platforms
  • Ensure data integrity by monitoring E-Commerce Customer data in our systems (SAP) as well as the customer systems (Amazon, etc…) Use this data to determine if the process is running appropriately and to make changes in process where necessary
  • Work with 3rd party fulfillment vendors to ensure orders from customers are routinely routed and delivered in compliance with retailer agreed upon guidelines
  • Oversee implementation of communication system (CommerceHub) with Costco, RLS and Rich’s IS Group. Administer and manage process.
  • Interact with Supply Chain teams to ensure adequate inventory is in all warehouses based on forecasted demand from customers to reduce inventory shortages and marketing programs are supported.
  • Analyze operational scorecards to highlight progress and determine opportunities to improve service levels


  • B.S. Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field  
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain with experience that includes financial cost analysis, data analysis, and making recommendations for action
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong relationships in a team atmosphere
  • Strong PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and advanced proficiency in Excel
  • SAP or related systems experience preferred. Experience with Ecommerce systems such as Amazon a plus
