At Rich Products we see the disruptions happening in the E-Commerce space and we are building out a team that will expand our capabilities and grow our partnerships. We are looking for an E-Commerce Marketing Manager that will lead the efforts in refining our approach to be more strategic with our customers and get more of our products onto platforms such as Amazon.com and Amazon Fresh.  Your work will be to turn browsers into buyers by utilizing your experience in online specific content, SEO optimization and analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry or CPG working on strategic initiatives growing Pure Play and Omni Channel platforms primarily in the B2C space.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

  • In conjunction with the brand marketing teams, will lead all e-commerce content marketing initiatives to drive traffic and engagement that will lead to sales growth and higher customer retention
  • Develop innovative approaches that optimize our online content to maximize growth via data, customer site algorithms, and capabilities
  • Lead the development of content playbooks which communicate best practices, showcase trends and opportunities on retailer sites (pureplay and omni-channel) and motivate a test & learn environment ensuring content remains relevant to drive sales
  • Remain up to date on growing retailers’ ecommerce capabilities and continuously optimize our online content with most robust information to maximize growth with highest relevant to the time of the year and seasons
  • Collaborate with the brand teams to design Ratings and Reviews collections tactics and direct the syndication to customers and retail partners
  • Review ecommerce promotion plans and coordinate with sales and brand teams to ensure alignment on timing, messaging, etc… and upload promotions to retail partners portals (Amazon, Fresh Direct, Peapod, etc.)
  • Responsible for gathering online sales reports and partnering with the Finance team on recapping division financials
  • Manage analytics platforms to prioritize tasks for daily content maintenance updates while conducting post promotion analysis to benchmark our growth vs. retailers  
  • Develop and maintain ecommerce scorecard with relevant online KPIs

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required (MBA preferred) with minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role specifically in e-commerce or direct to consumer marketing (Food Industry or CPG preferred)
  • Experience working with various pure-play and omni-channel customers and their portals/platforms
  • Experience with content management and syndication platforms
  • High proficiency of SEO landscape including competitive analysis and search algorithms experience
  • Demonstrated financial skills to include P&L analysis and other analyses
