Purpose Statement

The Manager, Global Digital Marketing leads Rich’s global digital ecosystem across websites, analytics, and internal digital platforms owned by Global Marketing. This role strengthens Rich’s digital brand presence worldwide by ensuring consistent, high‑performing website experiences; delivering actionable digital insights to global, regional, and senior leadership stakeholders; and governing key Global Marketing technology platforms that power digital engagement and organizational enablement.
The role is a central connector between Global Marketing, regional markets, the global web agency of record, enterprise data partners, and internal digital technology teams to ensure digital excellence across markets.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

Global Website Management (60%)

  • Lead and oversee Richs.com and 20+ global market websites to ensure best-in-class digital experiences, brand consistency, and operational excellence
  • Partner closely with Rich’s global web agency of record to manage and prioritize website enhancements, UX improvements, A/B testing, and technical upgrades.
  • Oversee new market website rollouts, including planning, requirements documentation, development coordination, localization, QA, and launch.
  • Serve as the primary interface between the agency project manager and regional teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and project execution across markets.
  • Maintain global governance of CMS permissions, privacy standards, security protocols, accessibility guidelines, templates, components, and content standards—ensuring the global web ecosystem is compliant, protected, and inclusive.
  • Lead Rich’s global SEO/SEM strategy, including keyword optimization, metadata management, technical SEO, and analytics-driven enhancements.
  • Monitor site performance, stability, and integrations—proactively managing breakpoints, quality issues, and user experience opportunities.
  • Ensure end-to-end ownership of privacy, security, and accessibility across all global websites, including accessibility standards, global privacy compliance, and security best practices.
  • Identify and champion global website innovation opportunities that elevate customer experience, brand storytelling, and digital business impact.

 

Marketing Analytics (20%)

  • Drive the global digital analytics practice that informs strategic planning, performance measurement, and optimization across regional teams and senior leadership.
  • Oversee and prioritize analytics initiatives based on business impact, strategic alignment, and resource availability, ensuring insights meet the needs of both regional and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Lead collaboration with global analytics resources and partner with Enterprise Data to influence data models, tagging standards, ETL flows, and measurement frameworks that support digital reporting.
  • Guide development of dashboards, KPI frameworks, benchmarks, and reporting standards for websites, campaigns, and Global Marketing digital platforms.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for cross-functional partners.
  • Support global measurement governance to ensure consistency, accuracy, and data integrity across markets and platforms

Oversight of Global Marketing Digital Technologies (20%)

  • Serve as the business owner for Global Marketing’s internal digital technology platforms, ensuring they are optimized, governed, and strategically aligned to support global enablement
  • Hold full accountability and business ownership for Global Marketing’s internal-facing platforms, including the Recipe App, Rich Connections, Sherlock, and others.
  • Define platform strategy, governance, roadmaps, and enhancement priorities based on user needs and business requirements.
  • Manage partner and vendor relationships, ensuring effective support, innovation, and ROI.
  • Drive platform adoption across global and regional teams through training, documentation, and communication.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for issue resolution, enhancement requests, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Partner closely with the EDDC team, IT, and enterprise data groups to ensure integrations, data integrity, and experience consistency across systems.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

⦁    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
⦁    4+ years of experience in digital marketing, web management, digital product ownership or related experience.
⦁    Experience managing large‑scale or multi‑market websites and CMS environments (WordPress experience preferred).
⦁    Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, web UX, content governance, and website optimization.
⦁    Proficiency with analytics platforms (GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar).
⦁    Experience working with data teams (engineering, data science, analytics) to support measurement and infrastructure.
⦁    Experience managing digital products, platforms, or enterprise tools.
⦁    Global marketing, B2B, or foodservice/CPG experience preferred.
⦁    Proven ability to influence across a matrixed environment and lead without direct authority.
⦁    Exceptional project management, organization, and communication skills.
⦁    Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment with shifting priorities.
⦁    Ability to travel 20-40% as needed

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$99,280.00 - $148,920.00
