PURPOSE STATEMENT

The Global Marketing Digital and Social Media Marketing Manager executes ensuring that the Rich’s® brand influences and supports current and potential customers along their path to purchase through a robust digital ecosystem, digital engagement, social media marketing campaigns that increase online brand awareness and engagement, broaden Rich’s® brand awareness, and drive demand.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES
  • Supports the development and continuous improvement of Rich’s digital ecosystem including public website and social media strategy. 
  • Responsible for regional website development: developing, launching, monitoring performance and new features.
  • Develop and support digital campaign development in alignment with the international marketing teams and US digital team.
  • Partner with international marketing teams to establish KPIs and reporting cadence for digital performance.
  • Analyze data to enhance marketing campaigns to drive demand and generate ROI.
  • Support development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including success measures.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and agency partners to create digital solutions including web landing, segment, product, and campaign pages.
  • Identify opportunities to create procedural efficiencies and solutions to ensure Rich’s® is well positioned in digital landscape in alignment with markets and Global Marketing.
  • Support keyword lists, SEO, and page tag copywriting that increases the rank of result listings for Rich’s® website; build reputable links back to the site and increase Rich’s® online brand awareness.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or relevant field, MBA preferred.
  • 5 years marketing experience in developing and executing creative and successful marketing campaigns.
  • B2B digital and integrated marketing experience preferred.
  • B2B Web Marketing experience including SEO/SEM; website and landing page design; video and email marketing; social media marketing; and the measurement, metrics, ROI of online programs, and CRM integration preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of and interest in online media; up-to-date with latest industry trends and technologies preferred.
  • Foodservice or CPG marketing experience, specifically in the food industry, preferred.
  • Global experience preferred; team oriented, ability to work well with globally diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated understanding of benefits and constraints of current internet technologies and basic knowledge of coding languages.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including solid presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated financial skills and analysis of data.
