Purpose Statement
We are looking for a passionate and creative graphic designer that loves baseball! This is a exciting opportunity to work as a member of the Buffalo Bisons Marketing Team where You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, creative and engaging artwork, designs and promotional pieces that support all the Bisons marketing initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to work in minor league baseball and see your creativity come to life!
Schedule: Must be available to work at all Bisons home games and events at Sahlen Field
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
•Work with the Bisons Marketing Team and advertising agency firm to execute our marketing schedule.
•Create all graphic advertisements for digital ads for online and outdoor advertising and print ads for newspapers. Assist with the production of television/video ads by providing graphic support.
•Work with the public relations department to bring all Bisons branding and marketing initiatives to our online audience.
•Assist in the creation and maintenance of engaging and informative website pages within Bisons.com to support the various events, promotions and departments within Bisons baseball.
•Design and produce team publications on time and within established budgets. This may include, but is not limited to, the production of a 12-month calendar, a season digital yearbook, a sales brochure and team pocket schedules.
•Assist the Bisons Game Day team in the executive of the in-game entertainment product by running the Bisons video board computer during home games. Hire and manage a graphic design internship staff to support all creative services.
•Prepare social media and e-marketing creative that works with team’s overall marketing plan.
•Create graphic templates for creative that will be shared with all three teams within the Rich Baseball Operations group.
•Attend weekly Bisons Marketing meetings and be an active and participating member of the Bisons Marketing Team, bringing new ideas and constructive feedback to all initiatives.
•Work closely with the Bisons merchandise department to help maintain strong online sales through the production of various advertisements.
•Work with Bisons’ advertising agency on schedule as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
•1-3 years of professional graphic design either working for an organization or providing support for a freelance customer required
•Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts or related field preferred
•Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) required
•Strong knowledge of marketing within sport and entertainment venues preferred.
•Proven ability to stay organized, meet deadlines and quotas.
•Creative, energetic and proactive approach to work.
•Ability to anticipate/adapt and make recommendations based upon the needs of the organization

COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$55,760.00 - $75,440.00
