HRIS Analyst - Global Process Automation

PURPOSE STATEMENT

The purpose of the Data Analyst role is to understand our systems, understand our data and question when things could be better. We know this scrutiny will help improve how we work and how we incorporate data-driven decision making. So really, this role helps drive big decisions. Good news, the team is pretty awesome. If you are shaking your head (up and down, not side to side) then here are some other interesting thoughts to consider: this role will require an understanding of our global organization frontward and backward, which will allow you to foramalize our data and be a BIG influencer in our global HR space; and, this role will offer the power to govern how our systems are used, the power to speak up when there are better ways to do something, and the power to grow and advance.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

1. Participate in the current global HRIS efforts to build the necessary infrastructure and enabling tools, including review of existing software, programs, interfacing and payroll executions
2. Constantly be exploring ways to improve the system for the best possible experience
3. Be the voice of our HRIS team globally, creating marketing campaigns and trainings to help enable all associates
4. Understand complexity of data and configuration of HRIS including loading core data and logic of the system
5. Works in partner with the entire HRIS team to be back-up
6. Troubleshoot regression testing issues and communicates issues in a timely, transparent way
7. Have a role on the governance team supporting roll-out of additional modules and upgrades
8. Ensure all payroll systems receive correct reports through middleware in a timely fashion
9. Document all process and procedures in HRIS, aligning to process maps – keep accurate and updated
10. Ability to run and build reports as necessary with an understanding on where the data lives
11. Support organization with questions and concerns around functionality of the system
12. Enable full integration of HRIS suite to assist COEs with data overlap and to speak on behalf of the team on the What’s In It For Me

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Finance or other related field and 5 years experience in HRIS or MBA/Masters degree in HR, Finance or other related field and 3 years experience in HRIS.
  • Solid knowledge of HR data and payroll
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with other functional areas (e.g. Business Partners, Centers of Expertise) to deliver successful outcomes on complex matters
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with SuccessFactors or related HRIS Technology prefered
  • Experience with ADP Enterprise prefered
