Purpose Statement
We are seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented intern to support our communications and marketing initiatives tied to our responsible business strategy, Generations of Good (GoG) with a focus on Health & Authenticity. This position will be ideal for someone who is passionate about the environmental, health and social landscape and will be responsible for supporting research, insights, analysis, and communication planning and execution.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
Communication
- Support execution of Generations of Good communication assets including social media content, promotional tools and newsletters
- Help organize and promote Generations of Good related events, initiatives and communications across a variety of audiences
- Collaborate across teams to gather and manage Generations of Good progress stories to share in communications
Research & Insights
- Execute assigned industry and consumer research projects including gathering, analyzing and interpreting data to help drive informed business decisions
- Prepare reports and presentations to share insights on health and wellness that impact Rich’s business
Data & Analytics
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting Generations of Good data; Collaborate with teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Provide category analysis support for the Health and Authenticity strategic priorities
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid written and presentation skills for both internal and external communications
- Analytical mindset with experience in conducting research and interpreting data
- Passion for sustainability, health, and authenticity in business practices
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work
- Proven track record of taking initiative and delivering results with the ability to be flexible, resilient and curious
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid software proficiency including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with AI is a plus

COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$18.00 - $24.00
