Purpose Statement

The Inside Sales Representative for Christie Cookie, is responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships with current customers, effectively promoting our products/services, and processing orders for small to midsize customers. In addition, the position will work closely with Regional Sales Managers to research new customers, qualify leads and close sales for large orders. 

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

· Lead Qualification and Research: Identify and qualify digital leads generated through online channels, ensuring they align with our target market and customer profiles.
· Customer Engagement: Engage with leads through phone calls, emails, and other digital communication methods to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide product information.
· Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including ingredients, packaging, and pricing, to effectively communicate their value to customers.
· Selling Materials: Deliver digital selling materials to potential customers, highlighting the benefits of our products and addressing any objections. Selectively samples to customers.
· Sales Funnel Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and sales activities using our CRM system, ensuring a well-organized and efficient sales process.
· Quota Achievement: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue growth.
· Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Managers , marketing team, and other relevant stakeholders to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.
· Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback and insights to product development and marketing teams to enhance our product offerings and campaigns.
· Order Processing: Work closely with customers to gather information needed to ensure orders are processed timely by customer service and customer needs are met.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  HS diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field  strongly preferred.
· 3 years experience of proven experience in inside/outside sales, sales planning, telemarketing or customer service in a corporate environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of the gifting industry or related food products is a plus.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. 
· Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
· Proficiency in the MS office suite and also in using CRM software and digital communication tools. Technical savviness and ability to learn new technology quickly. 
· Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to changing sales strategies.

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$64,557.27 - $87,342.18
