PURPOSE STATEMENT

The intern will support the Digital Marketing team across a variety of projects ranging from digital sales enablement, marketing automation, content creation, social media, master data, and other digital marketing platforms.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

Digital Sales Enablement Support

  • Supports the enhancement and execution of the sales enablement digital ecosystem roadmap.
  • Assists in capturing ethnography, observation, user feedback and benchmarks to identify opportunities to enhance CRM user experience and drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supports self-service dashboard portal for sales and broker associates in collaboration with product and customer marketing teams.
  • Identifies content resource gaps across the customer lifecycle and works with Marketing COE team to remediate.
  • Supports the advancement of sales reporting system to provide visibility to sales performance.
  • Analyzes and provides reporting and insight for sales enablement KPIs and success metrics.


Digital Content & Asset Management:

  • Supports content creation efforts for all stages of the buyer’s journey.
  • Collaborate with cross functional marketing partners and outside agencies to create content aligned to best-in-class brand standards.
  • Supports the content creation and curation efforts of the Marketing Center of Excellence.
  • Support procedures for content creation and asset management across the United States and Canada region.
  • Analyze performance of content collateral assets.
  • Participate in Demand Creation Program user acceptance testing projects as needed.

Social Media:

  • Supports execution of social calendar across relevant social media channels with goals/guidelines as led by the Social Media Marketing Lead.
  • Monitor social trends and suggest social media platform enhancements for the region.
  • Tracks and analyzes social media campaign performance.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Supports Digital Marketing team with Marketing Automation, Website support, and Foundational Master Data and Analytics initiatives as needed.
  • Performs additional assignments as requested by Manager.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

 

  • Students must be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree majoring in Digital Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize and be able to successfully handle several projects at once, organizational skills a must
  • Demonstrated learning agility; proficiently adapt to complex scenarios - ability to learn, adapt, and apply oneself in frequently morphing conditions
  • Must be resourceful; able to figure out who or where to look for information
  • Detail oriented with solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working on digital and/or social media platforms preferred
