The primary purpose of this position is to develop a skillset that allows the candidate to bring process innovation to Rich Products Finance & Accounting departments.  Responsibility will be to learn and implement RPA (Robotic Process Automation) which is a technology that allows a computer to do repetitive, structured tasks without any human intervention and how to develop the various stages of existing processes.  Coordinate business aspects of the development and implementation of small to medium projects and provide a single point of contact for those projects. Takes project from initial start-up through closedown. Ensures projects are completed in accordance with established timelines, budgets and quality expectations. 


Time Commitment (100%)

  • Learn Finance & Accounting software currently being utilized by Rich Products (UI Path)
  • Build automation design specs based on existing candidates for optimized processes
  • Develop Finance & Accounting automations according to the UI Path Framework based on the design specs written
  • Provides functional management and administration of small to medium size projects.  Serves as the business contact point across functional areas within the enterprise.

Education:  Working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Information Systems (CIS), or Accounting Information Systems (AIS)


Experience: None, understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) a plus. Candidates who proactively obtain UI Path level I, II, & III certifications will be given priority.


Skills: Detail oriented with strong knowledge of process workflows.  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills required. Self-starter and learner. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software systems and features. Ability to develop, understand, and assess processes and resolve issues. Strong interest in learning new breakthrough business technology.
