Purpose Statement
Operating in more than 100 countries around the world, Rich’s has a significant international presence which continues to grow. This internship will provide hands-on learning experience in a dynamic Global environment which exposes the Intern to a variety of projects and day-to-day responsibilities across both Marketing Operations and Digital Marketing.
This intern will work up to 29 hours/week at our global headquarters in Buffalo, NY for the summer of 2026 .
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
- Knowledge sharing: Gathers, synthesizes and shares product information with global teams evaluating potential new products and/or categories. Supports build out of Global Rich Connections and Sherlock AI Tool.
- Digital Marketing: Rich’s Brand Optimization and Audit support to ensure our brand assets are optimized. Update digital playbook.
- Customer and Global Associate visits: Works with Global Markets Assistant Marketing Manager to coordinate and execute visits. Ensure we maximize the customer’s “experience” and deliver on the Rich Promise and Family values.
- Market research: Conduct analysis/research to support new product platform development
- Data analysis: Analyzes sales data to identify key areas of opportunity and/or risk for the export business and pulls together relevant summary reports.
- Supports the team’s participation in World Headquarters’ events
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- MBA or bachelor’s student pursuing a degree in International Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field. Global Marketing or International Business major/concentration preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as quantitative/analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently, possess excellent organizational and time management skills, and be able to function in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Willingness to assume responsibility without direct supervision, exercise initiative and judgment, and make decisions within the scope of assigned authority is required.
- Strong experience with the MS office suite required. Digital marketing software a plus.
COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$17.00 - $32.00
