Under the general direction of the Director of I.S., the Financial Analyst and Associate Business Analyst, the I.S. Finance Intern will provide support to the finance group of information technology


Finance Intern program will include several of the following financial support:

  1. Daily Support:
    1. Run SAP reports requested by I.S. associates such as Capital Status reports and I/O reports.
    2. Produce PO Requests from associates.
  2. Strategic Planning and Quarterly Business Review:
    1. Roll-over and prepare the following excel spreadsheets: Budget, Capital projects, I/O tracking, etc.
  3. Chargebacks:
    1. Roll-over and prepare the chargeback spreadsheets
  4. Month End Support. Prepare and review various reports as requested

On demand requests for special reports, analysis and studies


  1. Must be enrolled in an accredited institution. Preference will be given to those that are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent. 
  2. Excellent MS Office skills with a focus in Excel.
  3. Preferred SAP knowledge.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to navigate seamlessly on a mobile device.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
