PURPOSE STATEMENT

Provides foundational-level support for the Rich University Learning Network (RULN) team and processes. Responsible for multiple tasks related to the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of learning and Organizational Design (OD) services.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

May support portions of the design, development, and deployment of learning solutions and OD engagements as required, such as; instructional design, journey mapping, content development, curation, learning logistics, program coordination, Learning Management System (LMS) administration (e.g. course information, batch enrollment, content loading, reporting), Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) producer, facilitator readiness coordination, marketing and  communications coordination, and various OD activities.

 

Utilize some components of the current and future digital ecosystem, as required, to design, develop, and deliver solutions.

 

Utilize enterprise collaboration tools to effectively communicate with RULN and Rich Associates including; MS Teams, Office 365, MS Outlook, and Skype

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Adult Learning or a related field preferred
  • Prior exposure to a learning organization preferred
  • Requires basic knowledge of general leaning organization processes.

  • Ability to execute components of projects and multiple priorities in an agile environment with supervision

  • Other skills: Collaboration, proactive, problem solver, flexible, comfortable with ambiguity, results oriented, digitally savvy
