PURPOSE STATEMENT

This Line Service Assistant will be responsible for assisting in daily line service, aircraft fueling and towing, aircraft interior/exterior cleaning, and general hangar and office upkeep.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES
  • Washing of the company aircraft to maintain a pristine condition
  • Interior/Exterior aircraft detailing 
  • Interior restocking of aircraft to include, but not limited to catering and cleaning supplies
  • General office and hangar cleanings
  • Washing and fueling of executive vehicles
  • General upkeep and inspection of corporate airside ramp area
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
  • Must have a minimum of a High School education (some college is preferred)
  • Aviation background preferred
  • Great communication and listening skills
  • Good organizational, computer skills
  • Able to work on elevated surfaces without limitations
  • Personable attitude and good customer service skills
  • Valid New York State Driver’s License (with no restrictions)
  • Able to pass Rich Products Corp. (RPC), Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) background checks
  • Must be able to lift objects between 50-75 pounds
  • Able to maneuver large fuel hoses 15 feet or more
  • Experience with single-axle commercial vehicles
  • Able to work outside in all elements of weather
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and hours with weekend shiftsf59372803_LR1
