The Logistics Applications Analyst Role is an experienced analyst who leverages broader supply chain knowledge to drive improvements and efficiencies in our materials movements process through our transportation and warehousing functions. The associate will use analytics and leading-edge technology/toolsets to identify areas of opportunity to improve our transportation utilization, warehousing scorecard, integrations with BluJay and our WMS (internal and 3PL), and overall total delivered costs to our customers.


Operate and Maintain Activities – 50%

  • Works with the business to identify opportunities for improvement in Transportation and Warehouse in collaboration with external customers on business operations and processes.
  • Interacts with the business stakeholders and functional teams in order to understand their problems and future needs.
  • Ensures the data, reports, and analysis provide value and support effective business decision making.
  • Supports logistics processes, tools, and systems. Facilitates the escalation and resolution of critical system issues.
  • Solves business problems and, as needed, designs solutions.
  • Develops and facilitates user training for all planning functions to end users.
  • Attends conferences and meets with industry professionals to collaborate and align on best practices.
  • Experience with SAP Table designer, BEx Query Designer, WMS, BluJay.      



Project Activities – 50%

  • Provides data, analysis and tools to assist in the improvement of warehouse and transportation management execution and deliverance of the Rich Experience to our customers
  • Gathers, documents, analyzes, and architects solutions for business needs and requirements.
  • Key Liaison that Interacts with system architects and developers to ensure system is properly implemented.
  • Tests the system and creates system documentation and user manuals.
  • WMS/BluJay System Subject Matter Expert for Acquisitions and Integrations.
  • Customer focused analytic projects to reinvent our cost structure and help drive customer adoption through illustrating shared cost and/or functional benefits
  • Project lead for warehouse transitions


  • ​​​​​​BS Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field. Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Supply Chain, Forecasting, Business Analysis, Project Management.
  • ERP experience a plus (SAP preferred), WMS experience a plus
  • Advanced PC Skills, proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, BI).
  • Self-managed and taught, ability to learn new systems
  • Financial, system & supply chain acumen
  • Database knowledge (design, structure, reports, analysis, queries) 
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to present ideas and projects clearly and concisely.
  • Self-motivated and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • APICS certification a plus
